We recognize that support and solid documentation is an important issue for any software product. The MBS plug-in is no exception. Part of our challenge is that that the MBS plug-in can do so much that there is a huge amount of documentation to build and maintain. We are committed to doing our very best to give you the support you need.

Support is available though a couple of different channels.

Free support is available through the Forum. This the very best place to post questions or search for answers. The more questions and answers that get posted there the better for all of us. We do our best to monitor the forum, and respond within 24 hrs.

You can also send your questions to us through email. We prefer that you use the Forum, because it makes the information in the question easily available to all users. But if you prefer email, thats ok.
